The Employer

Our client is a well-established accounting firm based in Springvale. They are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.

The firm are open to both Full-Time and Part-Time Candidates with opportunities to work from home!

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the accounting team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.

Manage client onboarding and engagements.

Liaise with ATO and manage ATO lodgements.

Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties to support efficient workflow.

Assist with monthly billing and debtor management.

Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking appointments, filing, printing & scanning.

Requirements

At least 12 months experience working in an accounting practice (essential).

Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated.
