Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations, from managing supplies to maintaining procedures to improve efficiencies
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external communications—answer emails, coordinate feedback, and connect with stakeholders.
  • Showcase your organisational flair by preparing reports, meeting agendas, minutes and coordinating calendars
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, budgets and invoicing

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $66,063 - $72,985 + superannuation

Baw Baw, VIC, Australia

Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort is Melbourne's closest downhill skiing and boarding destination and opens 364 days a year. Snow season begins on Queens Birthday Weekend in June and ends around the start of October. In summer the resort operates as a mountain biking and hiking destination.
