About the Organisation:
Our client is a national association supporting membership across natural and complementary health providing services in education and development, professional recognition, financial benefits and industry knowledge. They are the leading body in this space, and service their membership via an established team that is collaborative and supportive. Located in Melbourne’s CBD, they occupy a modern office with easy access to public transport.
About the Role:
The Membership Engagement and Administration role key responsibilities include:
- Engage with members to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Manage membership administration, including Health Funds, Certification, and general membership enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate electronic document management and records.
- Complete general administration tasks to support smooth operations.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
About You:
You will have a passion for customer service and have held a role providing exceptional service to customers via phone/email, in addition to data entry and/or administration skills. You will be able to work autonomously within a team environment and be flexible and show initiative. You will be skilled at developing a rapport, be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft office suite and have utilised a CRM in your previous roles. Full working rights and Australian Permanent residency required.
