Greenstar are a long-established, privately-owned business renowned for the delivery quality HVAC and Electrical services to the West Australian Commercial, Retail, Health and Industrial sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team.

The Role:

Working closely with the Service Manager and Service delivery team your role is key to ensuring our clients expectations are exceeded by ensuring coordination of our busy service department with your first 2 months being supported and trained by our current Service Coordinator to ensure you are well supported and gain a thorough knowledge of our systems and processes during the transition period.

A snapshot of your day at Greenstar:

Answering and responding to client, employee and subcontractor queries.

Scheduling Technicians to attend reactive requests.

Assigning and scheduling apprentices.

Raising Work Orders.

Following up and scheduling specialist sub-contractors.

Managing client portals and inductions.

Generating reports and following up on parts orders.

Assisting with shared tasks such as Phones, Purchase Order generation and the like as required.

Ensuring all work orders are completed within the required response times.

Assisting with end of day office closure.

Working with the Service Manager to match our staff with sites and locations.

We are looking for the following attributes and experience:

Experience in a similar role.

An understanding of the HVAC industry or commercial service industry would be considered advantageous.

Have friendly and helpful personality.

Be confident and able to multitask.

Love to be organised.

Confident to communicate by both phone and email.

Reliable, Positive with a can-do attitude.

Enjoy training and mentoring support staff.

Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
