Installation & Service Coordinator - Outdoor Blinds

We are currently seeking a highly capable Installation and Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Team based at our Wangara office. This role is suited to a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role

As Installation and Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating installation activities, and supporting our field teams. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Liaising with customers to provide updates on orders and resolve queries

Coordinating with tradespeople regarding installation schedules

Managing service and warranty bookings

Placing manufacturing orders

Processing invoices and data entry

Handling documentation: receiving, scanning, sorting, and filing

Assisting with field staff enquiries and operational support

Maintaining general office operations and administrative records
