About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our growing team based in Malaga, WA. Reporting to the Head of Studio Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our facilities by providing exceptional administrative and organisational support to the Studio and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Studio Operations and wider PFS team to engage with key stakeholders, coordinating administrative and logistical processes.
Be the day-to-day face of PFS and one of the key points of contact for our clients, working diligently to ensure the needs of our production stakeholders are met.
Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure checks of client areas, inspections, and damage / loss tracking.
Assist the Finance team with processing of invoicing and purchase orders.
Work with the Facilities Manager to understand and coordinate any preventative and reactive maintenance around the client’s production needs.
Provide assistance in the client onboarding process, including the induction to studio operational, security and safety policies, sustainable practices and supporting with any technical queries.
Inform and embed sustainable and efficient operational processes across all productions, providing information, guidance, and support wherever possible.
Write, maintain, and implement key operational processes and standard operating procedures.
Keep up-to-date records of risk assessments and processes, and provide ongoing project updates to leadership.
What you'll bring:
12 months' experience in a facilities operations role, ideally customer-facing.
A keen eye for detail and well-developed administrative skills.
Be an effective and engaging communicator with the ability and passion to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team player with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
