About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage cleaner rosters, assign daily jobs, communicate with staff and clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign cleaning jobs to staff based on location, availability, and client preferences
Handle job updates, cancellations, and reschedules
Ensure cleaners are attending sites on time and completing tasks
Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and respond to service inquiries
Maintain digital records using scheduling software or apps
Provide feedback and support to cleaning staff
What You Need:
Prior experience in scheduling or operations (preferred)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy with experience in apps like Jobber or similar
Able to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in English
