The Opportunity

Heat Exchangers WA is expanding, and we’re looking for a service coordinator to be its cornerstone. You will help build our service culture from the ground up and coordinate our field service technicians, ensuring all maintenance and service work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the high standard our clients expect.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)
Schedule and Coordinate Service: Plan and organise on-site service and maintenance work to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Manage Priorities: Prioritise urgent requests promptly while maintaining an effective overall scheduling flow.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technicians and the sales team to coordinate tasks and ensure clear communication.
Allocate Resources: Assign technicians based on their skills and availability to optimise service quality and efficiency.
Monitor Progress: Keep track of service jobs and follow up proactively to address any delays or issues.
Communicate with Customers: Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding appointments and service progress.
Maintain Accurate Records: Record and maintain accurate service data using MYOB EXO and SIMPRO systems.
Ensure Compliance: Comply with service standards, safety requirements, inductions, and any customer-specific protocols.
Support Internal Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to support effective resource planning and service coordination.
What You'll Bring
· Proven experience in coordination and scheduling within a service-based industry
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
· Competency with Microsoft Office
· Experience with software such as SIMPRO and MYOB is preferred, but not essential
· A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
