Business Development Media Sales Solution Consultant

WF Media is seeking to hire a Media Sales Professional to join an existing team. In this role you will be presenting highly-efficient and targeted media solutions to a B2B Client community. Our clients are like us - passionate about what they do, looking for opportunity, and keen to uncover new markets. You will be managing a group of established clients as well as developing new business from qualified leads and your own research. A solid marketing platform provides you with all the tools you need to close sales. If you love getting out there and solution-selling to decision-makers then this role provides the scope to help customers with a suite of products that are proven and effective.

You will have a solid track record in successfully meeting sales targets in a B2B industry sector, preferably media and/or events. You will be joining an established team of media sales professionals, most who have been on board with us for over 7 years. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has the ability to work independently, and knows the importance of working a territory and client-facing-time. This role is made available at a time of considerable expansion for the company.

The role is devised as 5 days/week but could be adapted for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:

Is familiar with media sales for print and digital products. Familiarity with digital performance metrics for Web, eNews, and Social would be an advantage.

Is conversant with different forms of web advertising.

Understands the importance of prospecting every week.

Is comfortable working on the phone and seeking face-to-face or Zoom appointments

Has a car, license and capacity to see clients if required.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Looking for a new challenge to own, develop and make a difference.

Can-do, positive attitude and excellent work ethic.

Must be independent, autonomous and a creative business-maker.

Has worked for 5 years in digital media (B2B or B2C).
