We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading cyber security provider, driving sales growth across the Sydney market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded team delivering cutting-edge security solutions to protect businesses from evolving digital threats.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and providing tailored cyber security solutions to meet customer needs. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, IT decision-makers, and security teams to understand their challenges and deliver comprehensive services and solutions.

Your key focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and working collaboratively with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within the Sydney market

Identify and secure new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor

Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver tailored cyber security solutions

Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve set KPIs and sales targets

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in business development or solution sales within cyber security, IT managed services, or related technology sectors. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

Experience selling cyber security solutions such as network security, SOC services, penetration testing, or cloud security is highly regarded.

What’s on Offer:

Base salary of $120k - $140k

Super at 12%

Fully Maintained Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

Uncapped Commission

OTE earnings $180k - $220k
