We’re seeking an experienced Business Development / Account Manager to help drive our growth. You’ll focus on new business development, account expansion, and nurturing strong client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and working consultatively to design solutions that help clients achieve their CX goals using industry-leading platforms like Zendesk and Qualtrics.
Key responsibilities
Engage clients to understand their customer service and research strategy, uncovering pain points and objectives across Zendesk and Qualtrics use cases.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Develop compelling proposals and pitches tailored to client challenges.
Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, expertise, and value.
Collaborate with our consulting team to design and scope Zendesk and Qualtrics implementations that deliver measurable value.
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Report regularly on pipeline activity and progress toward targets.
Work closely with directors and consultants to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
About you
2 - 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
A consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover client needs and design tailored solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone, lead meetings, and deliver presentations
Strong relationship-building skills, able to establish trust with diverse client stakeholders.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Qualtrics, or other CX / CRMs platforms is a plus.
Experience maintaining a CRM and managing a disciplined sales pipeline.
A self-starter who is organised, motivated, and resilient in pursuing new business
