Business Development Manager – Food Manufacturing | Uncapped Comms + Growth

Fusion Foodz is shaking up the food manufacturing space and we’re on the hunt for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level.

If you’re a natural hunter who loves building relationships, closing deals, and earning big while doing it — we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll:

Drive new business across the foodservice, hospitality, aged care, and retail sectors

Sell our extensive product range and contract manufacturing solutions

Prospect, pitch and convert new leads (from local cafes to national groups)

Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts

This is a permanent full-time role, with plenty of autonomy and field-based work across NSW.

About You

Proven track record in B2B sales (FMCG or foodservice preferred)

Self-starter with excellent prospecting and closing skills

Strong communicator and relationship builder

Highly organised with great time management

Confident using CRM and digital tools (Hubspot, Gmail, Google Docs etc.)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Full working rights in Australia
