Business Development Manager – C&I Solar & Energy Solutions Sydney | $100K base + OTE $150K–$175K

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a high-performance team at one of Australia’s leading commercial solar and energy solution providers.

The Role You’ll be responsible for driving new business across mid-to-large commercial clients. This is primarily a hunting role where your energy, resilience, and sales ability will directly impact your earnings.

• Identify, engage and win new C&I customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to close
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and delivery teams
• Target: $5M in annual sales
• Commission: 1.5% on everything sold

You’ll Need

• 2+ years selling into the commercial & industrial (C&I) energy space
• Sporting or competitive background — you're self-motivated and love to win
• Strong B2B sales skills and the resilience to chase down new business
• Ability to thrive without inbound leads
