You’ll be a part of a close knit team of high achieving professionals who encourage each other to succeed and grow.

This role would suit a self starter who is passionate about growth and excels at building trust with clients and selling essential solutions to businesses.

The Role

• Follow up on leads in a timely manner using Cordell and similar platforms
• Engage Existing database & prospect for new leads via Research
• Work closely with estimating team to provide quotes to customers
• Present quotes to customers and collaborate on projects
• Develop long term relationships with customers
• Consult and advise client on features, benefits & new technology solutions within the safety industry and provide technical information to clients
• Understand your marketplace, customers and projects within construction industry
• Visit Clients on Site as needed to foster strong relationships
• 4 days in office/site and 1 day WFH

About You

• Strong Sales Experience with a proven track record of success in new business development
• Industry experience in Safety Equipment or Construction Industry
• Ability to grow and foster trusted relationships with clients
• Self starter with trustworthy nature
• Valid Australian Drivers licence
• Strong team player attitude
• Enthusiasm for growing your career in a business that is going places!
• A proactive, professional and self-driven attitude
