About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Lumina Talents', you'll play a key role in driving new business growth for our innovative and fast-paced company. This full-time position will see you identifying and converting new opportunities to help us expand our client base across the NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to target new prospects in line with our business goals

Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers to position our services as the ideal solution

Negotiating commercial terms and closing new business deals

Collaborating cross-functionally with our delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and go-to-market approach

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the recruitment and aged care industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes

Consultative mindset and problem-solving skills to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Ambitious, driven and resilient, with a passion for exceeding targets
