We need someone ready to jump in and help us scale, not just with sales, but also with the execution of installations, technical support, and ongoing product development. If you're a tech-savvy, solutions-focused individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Position: ParkEzi Technical Sales & Installation Specialist

This is a hybrid role for someone who's equal parts sales-focused and technically capable. You'll be helping clients understand the ParkEzi solution, quoting jobs, managing the sales process, coordinating installations, and occasionally getting hands-on with the technical side. You'll also work closely with the development and operations team to recommend improvements and help shape the product roadmap as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming enquiries and guide clients through the sales process.

Prepare proposals and assist with quoting based on site requirements.

Coordinate and oversee the installation of ParkEzi systems, including ANPR cameras, boom gates, and pay stations.

Assist with system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed.

Work alongside our development team to recommend system improvements and new features.

Support business development activities and help identify new opportunities for ParkEzi.

Provide clear documentation and occasional end-user training where required.

Ideal Candidate

Strong technical background, exposure to access control, automation, or security systems is a bonus.

Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.

Able to understand technical drawings and site conditions to tailor solutions.

Hands-on and happy to manage installations and commissioning when needed.

Problem-solver who enjoys contributing ideas and making systems better.

Full Australian Driver's Licence required.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in technical sales, preferably in security or automation systems
