🔧 Key Responsibilities

Admin Email Management

Review and action all incoming emails daily

Communicate with clients to resolve concerns and respond to inquiries

Keep our inboxes organised and up to date

General Administrative Support

Provide ad-hoc assistance to team members as needed

Help ensure smooth and efficient office operations

Postage Management

Process manual and automatic postage orders

Ensure accurate and timely dispatch

Monitor and replenish postage supply inventory

Client Check-In Emails

Send regular check-in emails to clients to gather feedback

Collate and share client feedback with the appropriate teams

Audit Support

Assist the operations team with internal audits

Help gather and organise required documentation

Ensure compliance with internal processes
