About the business and the role

Concrete Grinding Concepts is a Melbourne-based leader in concrete grinding, polishing, and tiling. We work across a range of commercial and industrial sites, delivering top-tier craftsmanship with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced office manager to join our team on a part-time basis to manage our accounts and provide administration support to the team!

This role will be 3-days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am -4:30pm).

JOB ROLE:

Accounts payable/accounts receivable

Invoicing of completed projects and following up on payment

Reconciling of accounts

Onboarding new employee's and setting them up in our database

Assist with scheduling projects when required

Reviewing timesheets and processing payroll weekly

Maintain stationary, office supplies and office cleanliness

EOM financial reports - Keeping track of incoming and outgoing payments

Email/diary management for director as needed

Distribution of incoming mail

Other ad hoc duties to support the team as required

ABOUT YOU:

A positive attitude and fantastic work ethic

Ideally experience using Xero accounting software

Experience in the construction industry desired

Works well independently and within a team
