A fantastic opportunity to join this high end franchise group in the heart of South Yarra with all it's amazing eating spots, shopping and bars!
As front of house Receptionist/Administration support, this role is Monday to Friday only, 9.00am until 5.30pm and includes a carpark fully paid for by our client (however they are also based about a 2 minute walk from train station)
The successful candidate must hold a current Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate services and have had some Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar role or with past experience as a property manager wanting to take a step back will be highly advantageous to your application.
Main responsibilities and tasks include :
General switchboard and property management administration (answering phones, meet and greet, organising meetings etc
Managing 2 inboxes to support the property managers (invoices and general every day issues/enquiries)
Managing the entire tenant move in and vacate process (key collection/return, setting up direct debits, water connection, RTBA receipts into Console etc)
Body Corporate Management/safety checks and reporting
Ensuring front of house is always presentable and clean
