The Position
We are seeking a friendly professional, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who has experience in a receptionist/customer service/administration role.
As the first point of contact providing customers with a high level of customer service for our busy reception area.
Maintaining an organised and well-presented office area
Greeting visitors and customers, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner.
Reception phone, handling incoming and outgoing calls
Assisting our Operations team with the arrival and departure of vehicles.
Booking appointments and liaising with customers, insurance companies and contractors.
Performing general administrative tasks.

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in the automotive trade (not-essential)
Be available to work full time
Have experience as a receptionist in the trades industry
Professional friendly phone manner, customer service and focus
Liaise with customers/brokers/insurance companies
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
Basic invoicing and payment receipting (training provided)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be a team player
