Professional inner city accounting firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join its friendly team.
As an all rounder role and sitting at the reception desk, responsibilities include:
Answering calls and forwarding calls and messages
Greeting visitors
Coordinating mail and deliveries
Scanning
Data entry
Maintaining boardrooms
Organising catering
There will be the opportunity to take on greater accounting administration tasks over time with full training provided.
Catch public transport or a car park will be provided.
Requirements include:
Minimum 2 years reception experience preferably in an accounting firm or professional services environment
Well presented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong software skills
Easygoing flexible attitude
