About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role is perfect for someone with strong multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.
This is more than just a reception role – it’s an opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team and gain exposure to a variety of administrative functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them efficiently
Maintain the presentation of the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces
Client Database Management
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Update databases and ensure compliance with privacy standards
Mail & Courier Handling
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Coordinate outgoing mail and courier bookings
Document Management
Scan, file, and organise physical and digital documents
Ensure filing systems are accurate and up to date
Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination
Support team members with ad hoc admin tasks as required
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reception or administrative support role
Previous experience in an accounting firm or professional services (highly regarded)
A polished, professional phone manner and confident communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
A proactive attitude, friendly personality, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with APS, XPM, NowInfinity, or similar platforms (advantageous but not essential)
Prior experience in reception or administration or in an accounting firm will be well regarded.
