We are looking for an Amazing Receptionist / Administrator to join this long-standing, Australian owned company based in Dandenong South!

The Opportunity

In this fabulous position you will be answering phones and assisting the Purchasing Officer in all aspects of purchasing and scheduling administration! You will also be ordering office stationery and staff amenities along with other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

MYOB experience (ideal however not essential as they are happy to teach this)

3-5 years working in reception / administration within a small to medium sized business

Certificate 3 in Business Administration (preferred however not essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Excellent presentation & articulate professional demeanour

Effective time management skills

Strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude

Be confident, self-motivated and pro-active

Intermediate computer skills – specifically MS Word and Excel

Effective communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to know when you need to ask questions or ask for help

Full rights to work in Australia

You will take pride in your work and be enthusiastic and eager to learn.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm, commencing as soon as possible (taking into consideration any notice period required).
