Service Advisor – Bibra Lake

Major Motors is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated company with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the truck industry. We are the leading Isuzu Trucks dealership in WA, and Isuzu has held the title of Australia’s top-selling truck brand since 1989. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Bibra Lake Branch.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in our service team, ensuring the highest level of support and service for our valued customers.

Key Requirements:

Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred)

Heavy vehicle industry knowledge (advantageous but not essential)

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently

Strong computer and phone skills

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or within a team

A solid work ethic and commitment to completing all paperwork accurately and thoroughly

What We Offer:

Overtime paid on hours worked

Base salary plus performance-based incentives

38 hour week + Overtime
