Auto Owls Mechanical & Auto electrical is seeking a confident customer service focused store manager for their industry leading independent mechanical workshop

As a family owned automotive service and repair workshop located in Bentley, We are passionate about customer service and providing the best possible experience for our customers, while also meeting superior servicing & repair standards. A diverse range of daily work including servicing, repairs, auto electrical, air-conditioning & 4WD accessory fitting gives our team the benefit of excitement & variety

Auto Owls started from a small 2-man team has now explained to a 8-10 team & 2 workshops, We have established ourselves as a leader in the service & repair industry with a strong foundation of reliability & attention to detail.

Due to an expansion of the business, we are on the lookout for someone who is committed & passionate about delivering a top tier service experience for our customers

About the role

Managing the workshop and technicians on a daily basis

Develop and implement new strategies

Problem solving & assisting technicians in the workshop environment

Create and maintain strong customer relationships & ensure a positive customer experience

Liaising with customers & providing clear/transparent information of work

Quoting repairs and ordering parts

Ensuring the workshop daily duties are carried out

Fully digital workshop management system

About you

Present well, have excellent communication and customer service skills

Prior experience in service advisor or management role desirable

Be self motivated with a strong work ethic.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team leader.

Ability to work under pressure and have exceptional problem solving skills

Must have good computer skills & time management

Trade qualification is desirable, not essential

Experience with Mechanicdesk software desirable

Must have working rights in Australia, permanent resident or citizen.

C class drivers licence
