As a Service Advisor, you will be an essential part of our business, bridging the gap between our customers and our skilled service technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive the best service experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendly demeanour will be key in building lasting relationships with our valued clientele.

The role is Monday to Friday with NO weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming environment

Actively listen to customers' concerns and thoroughly understand their vehicle issues

Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage service bookings

Communicate with the workshop to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs

Provide detailed service recommendations and quotes to customers

Upsell additional services to enhance the customer's vehicle maintenance experience

Maintain accurate service records

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with the service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Collect parts and assist customers with onward travel as required

General administration duties, including database management & filing

NOTE: No accounting duties required (eg payroll, bank reconciliation, expenses etc)

Preferred Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role is preferred

Technical/Automotive knowledge preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Products

Current Australian drivers license
