MB Centre requires a customer focused Service advisor to join our busy, professional and modern workshop 15 minutes from the city, specialising in the service and repair of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of providing outstanding customer service within a specialist alternative to dealership servicing and repairs. Having been established for 10 years you will be joining our team at an exciting time of expansion. Ideally we are looking for someone with a background in the Automotive industry, though we will consider other applicants based on merit who have experience in other industries if you offer the right skill level and enthusiasm.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service orientated person with great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, a keen eye for detail and process, along with the ability to work well as part of a team with within a busy workshop.

Essential Skills:

Customer service experience

Ability to perform calmly & efficiently in a fast paced environment

Ability to use and understand computer based system

While working within the Automotive industry & especially With Mercedes-Benz is looked on favourably – we will consider applicants who have worked in other industries or other brands.

Passionate about customer service and the Mercedes-Benz brands

Attending to customers dropping cars off for service & advise maintenance, warranty and service matters as required

Receiving customer telephone calls, email or direct enquiries for service bookings, as well as general maintenance and repair advice

Customer and vehicle database management

Well presented and be committed to providing high levels of customer service.
