You’ll work alongside a Service Manager, two Administration Team Members, and a Workshop Crew of 8—including qualified Technicians and Apprentices. We service modern cars and 4WDs, covering mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and EV repairs.
You’ll manage the full customer experience—from booking to handover—using the tools, systems, and team support that make the day run smoothly. It’s a well-booked but well-planned workshop where you can focus on doing great work—on a 4-day week, with daily lunch provided, and your team behind you.

What You’ll Get

What You'll Be Doing
Guide customers through their service journey, from booking, check-in to handover
Write and follow up on estimates using our structured system
Keep customers informed clearly, kindly, and quickly
Work with technicians to manage daily job flow and minimise bottlenecks
Contribute to daily toolbox talks to align the team and share progress
Help us deliver a consistent, high-quality experience

Who We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who earns customer trust

Comfortable with systems, checklists, and following a process

Bonus if you’ve been a technician or worked in a workshop (but not essential—we hire for attitude and train for skill)
