As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an essential part of our team, providing a crucial link between customers and our skilled service technicians and workshop controller. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive the best service experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendly demeanor will be key in building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide all customers with the highest level of customer service

Actively listen to customers' concerns and thoroughly understand their vehicle issues.

Schedule appointments and manage workshop load.

Communicate with the workshop and workshop controller to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs.

Provide detailed repair recommendations and quotes to customers both trade and retail

Make recommendations for additional repairs or suggested upgrades to improve vehicles performance

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Collaborate with the service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a service advisor role or Automotive parts interperter with customer facing experience.

A passion for all cars from your daily drivers to offroad weekend warriors and everything inbetween.

A desire to be considered to be the best in the industry when it comes to expertise in undercar service, repairs and upgrades.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a way our customers can easily understand.

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
