About the Role:

This newly-created role is an excellent stepping-stone in building your Supply Chain career in the Beauty/Personal Care industry. You’ll have interaction with many areas of the business, supporting the smooth Supply Chain operations of an established company, with the potential to develop your own career path forward within the team.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, and working closely with your colleagues especially in Warehouse, Logistics, & Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:

Support Inventory & Order Management:

• Track and address out-of-stock situations & stop-sells
• Manage new item groups & inventory master data
• Create & maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Update quantity breaks & unit prices for suppliers

Operational Admin of Promotional & Sales Activity:

• Enter & update event codes, promotional pricing, new cycle forms, etc.
• Generate & maintain promo cycle, event code reports
• Support Sales rep order forms & ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate the setup of new promotional cycles in system

Assist & Coordinate Forecasting & Planning:

• Compile contributor data to help generate accurate forecasts
• Roll up forecast budgets & enter into report templates
• Monitor & report on discontinued SKUs and new product entries
• Maintain oversight of NFR (Not for Resale) stock

Ensure Reporting & Data Integrity:

• Generate Supply Chain reports to various functions of the business
• Maintain accuracy of inventory & promotional data across systems
• Support Bill of Material cost updates & event code adjustments on processed orders

What You Bring:

• You are already based in Sydney, Australia, with full working rights on a permanent basis
• Previous logistics/supply chain/administration experience – ideally 3 yrs. + in an office environment
• Solid proficiency in Excel is a must
• Prior experience with Pronto and/or Cognos would be viewed as a big plus
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management & prioritization of multiple projects to deliver high quality work
• Good attention to detail & accuracy are a must!
