With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in DJ&A PTY. LTD.

Supply Chain Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate shipments and dispatches to the USA and Canada as well as all other countries.

Liaise with international carriers and partners to ensure that all shipments meet required standards and delivery schedules.

Monitor international logistics requirements and adjust dispatch operations accordingly.

Manage and execute local dispatches within Australia, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of goods.

Collaborate with local teams and third-party providers to maintain optimal dispatch schedules.

Undertake additional logistics and supply chain tasks as assigned by the Manager and Director.

Assist in inventory management, order processing, and the coordination of transportation and warehousing functions.

Help in resolving any logistical challenges or delays to maintain overall efficiency.

Compare freight rates across all business partners to ensure the best value for money.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners relating to shipping and logistics operations.

Provide regular updates on dispatch statuses and delivery performance.

Maintain clear and effective documentation of all dispatch operations and any issues encountered.

Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize dispatch processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management, preferably in an international context.

Familiarity with managing dispatch operations for multiple geographies (USA, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand etc) is an asset.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Standard working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM are required.

Proven ability to adapt managing operations across different time zones and cultures.

Training period will be conducted during 9am to 5:30pm on some days.

This position is based in Australia with the responsibility to coordinate dispatch operations internationally.

This role may involve occasional travel or extended communication during non-standard hours to ensure smooth operations across international time zones.

Candidates who are Australian citizens, Permanent Residents, or have the right to live and work in Australia will be considered for this role.
