WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused, an effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, the work will include …
Managing supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitoring inventory levels, manage logistics, and participate in mid-year and year-end stock count, including performing regular stock reconciliations.
Liaising with internal teams (sales, finance, tech service) to align on order requirements and timelines.
Tracking and arranging international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Assisting with supplier evaluation and sourcing of materials or services.
Maintaining accurate supply chain data and documentation.
Supporting ERP system data entry and reporting.
Following up on warranty, QA issues, and product returns where applicable.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The role operates from our office at the Rocks, and while we support hybrid work from home options, we expect the individual to work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Engineering background (degree qualified)
3 years experience in a Supply Chain role
Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management
Exceptional attention to detail and structure in approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
Able to use SolidWorks or AutoCAD - not essential but preferred
References will be required (at least two professional referees)
