Liaising with internal teams (sales, finance, tech service) to align on order requirements and timelines.

Tracking and arranging international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Assisting with supplier evaluation and sourcing of materials or services.

Maintaining accurate supply chain data and documentation.

Supporting ERP system data entry and reporting.

Following up on warranty, QA issues, and product returns where applicable.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The role operates from our office at the Rocks, and while we support hybrid work from home options, we expect the individual to work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week.
