We are a rapidly growing supplier of plant-based, vegan and natural specialty ingredients, catering to the Nutraceutical and Functional Food industry across Australia & New Zealand. We work with top-tier ingredient producers to deliver premium-quality solutions that meet the growing consumer demand for clean, functional, and effective ingredients.

As we grow, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Planning Associate to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, procurement, and logistics.

The role includes the below duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Receiving, processing and managing orders

Shipment planning and working closely with product suppliers

Working closely with customer-service officer, logistics and freight companies to ensure orders are on track

Weekly customer order reports

Product costings and quotes

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory control to prevent shortages or excess stock

Assist with quarterly physical stocktakes

Tracking all sample deliveries, prepare samples, labels and send delivery advice to the customers for samples and orders

Preparing Physical samples and sending them out

Coordinate shipping, freight, and warehouse operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery

Work with suppliers to find product to meet customer requirements and negotiate pricing

Generate internal sales brief and confirm orders upon receipt

Working closely with 3PL and providing important delivery information and instructions

Document handling, review and filing, including shipping documents and other supply-chain documentation.

Maintain accurate supply chain data and reports to support business decisions

Assist customers with order updates or any other questions

Be highly available to customers during office hours

Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency

Assist with overall office management as required (including but not limited to managing warehouse supplies, office supplies, kitchen supplies and consumables).

Ensure all activities align with sustainability goals and best practices in the industry

Assist team members as required

Ad-hoc office admin tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred

Basic knowledge about logistics

Basic knowledge of import/export

Familiarity with inventory management and demand planning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Strong computer skills (incl Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Xero and ERP systems)

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills with ability to think ahead, critical thinking

Proactive, ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under deadlines

Quick learner and ability to work without supervision

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation (depending on candidate profile)
