With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in DJ&A PTY. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all shipments to ensure timely delivery to international and local customers and identify and implement the most cost-effective delivery methods wherever possible.

Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to coordinate transportation and ensure timely processing of shipments.

Oversee and manage the export process, handling documentation, shipping arrangements, and compliance with trade regulations, as well as local deliveries wherever necessary.

Prepare export documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance and minimize delays, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and department certificates etc.

Conduct daily checks and corrections on freight and cartage reports, including updating deliveries, rectifying double entries, and addressing shipment failures.

Manage daily interactions with sales, supply chain, warehouse and production teams, ensuring timely communication and participation in SOPs, with all incidents recorded and actions followed through.

Reconcile and arrange weekly payment of service provider invoices that are on account, ensuring all received invoices are processed promptly to ensure uninterrupted flow of shipments.

Follow up with key stakeholders to resolve any issues/queries for raw material problem resolution to facilitate smooth shipments to the customers.

Handle and resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies.

Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments.

General administrative duties related to the role.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience and knowledge of import-export dynamics (preferable).

Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferable).

Negotiating skills and strong problem-solving attitude.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel.

Written and spoken professional English proficiency.

Proactive can-do attitude, attention to details, willing to learn and with
professional manner.
