Operations Coordinator

We’re on the hunt for a sharp and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a growing team in the property investment space. This is not your average admin role this is a high-impact position where you’ll play a key role in making sure client property purchases run smoothly, deadlines are met, and every moving part clicks into place.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning the transaction timeline from deposit to settlement

Chasing up brokers, solicitors, and conveyancers to make sure they deliver on time

Managing and updating reports, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and on track

Closing out tasks post-settlement and making sure no detail is missed

Supporting internal team operations and helping improve the way things are done

What we’re looking for:

Someone with strong attention to detail and a love of structure

A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to follow people up

Highly organised with a proactive mindset always thinking two steps ahead

Experience in property, finance or professional services is a bonus

Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
