· Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm

· $70k -$75K plus super (FTE)

The Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) serves as the national peak body for the crane industry, facilitating collaboration among owners, marketers, and end users. Through coordinated initiatives, CICA represents and advances the interests of the industry on a national level.
About the Role!
Based in our Mulgrave Office, the Office Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the daily management of CICA's company accounts, overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the CICA office to ensure positive outcomes for both our members and external stakeholders.

Accounts Duties:
· Reconcile daily payments to CICA and process invoices through DEXT
· Manage payees, batch payments (including Reserve fund/Conference), and monthly invoice reconciliations with statements (e.g., Corporate Traveller)
· Handle debtors, refunds, credit notes, tracking categories, inventory setup, and identify/correct tracking errors in Xero
· Prepare branch/board P&L reports as needed; assist with EOFY tasks, grant reporting, and supplier forms
· Update leave register, clean up Xero contacts, and liaise with RDA and WISE for conference matters
General Administration Duties:
· Book travel using Serko and coordinate itinerary changes with Corporate Travel
· Oversee general office administration (phones, mail, emails) and office supply management
· Assist with CICA products, stickers, and stocktakes
· Manage IT/phone suppliers, insurance/workcover renewals, building maintenance, and respond to admin inquiries
Essential Criteria.
· Adaptable, and skilled at prioritising tasks and managing time
· Office administration, data entry, customer service experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, members, and committees are also important
· Full Australian Working rights
· Ability to pass national police check
