Join the Action Rehab team as our Stock & Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our clinics across VIC, NSW, and QLD running smoothly.

We’re seeking an organised, reliable, and proactive individual to take ownership of our stock management and operations processes. This all-rounder role is critical in supporting our 30+ clinic locations across three states.

This full-time role comes with a fully maintained work vehicle, adding significant value to your total salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Stock Control & Distribution

Manage and monitor inventory levels across all clinics in VIC, NSW, and QLD

Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries, and transfers across all locations

Oversee stock storage at Head Office – unpack and pack stock, maintain shelves

Implement and improve systems to ensure consistent and streamlined stock control

Ensure timely and accurate communication with clinic managers and partners around stock orders, stock deliveries and availability

🔹 Supplier Management

Liaise and maintain relationships with our trusted suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing

Monitor and review supplier pricing and actively seek alternative market options when needed

Ensure we maintain appropriate levels of stock across all sites with minimal waste

🔹 Office & Site Maintenance

Coordinate basic maintenance needs across sites (e.g., lightbulb replacements, fixtures)

Manage general office supply orders across all locations

🔹 New Clinic Setup & Support

Lead the operational setup of new clinic locations across states

Source and purchase furniture, equipment, and essentials

Coordinate delivery, transport and relocation of items where required

Ensure clinics are fully set up for move-in and launch dates

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and time management skills

Exceptional reliability and attention to detail

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders

Practical mindset with a hands-on approach to stock and site logistics

Previous experience in stock or operations coordination preferred but not essential

Full driver’s licence (essential)
