About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to incoming calls and customer enquiries

Responsing to customer emails

Processing standard and customised orders efficiently and accurately

Building strong, professional relationships with customers

Managing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints

Following up on orders, deliveries, and timelines

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock issues

Providing general administrative support to the broader team

Previous customer service or logistics experience
