Join the team at Whelan Kartaway as a full-time Customer Service Officer based in our Brunswick East office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Process orders, invoices, and documentation accurately.

Maintain customer records and data integrity.

Assist with administrative tasks for sales and operations.

Be available one Saturday a month for a 4-hour shift.
