Customer Service & Order Processing – Wholesale/E-commerce
📍 Location: Epping Warehouse – Holly and Ivy
⏰ Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 4 PM full-time)
Are you an organised and detail-oriented customer service professional with experience in wholesale or e-commerce? Holly & Ivy is looking for someone to join our team at our Epping office to help manage wholesale customer service and order processing.

About the Role:
This role is focused on supporting wholesale and retail customers by answering enquiries, processing orders, coordinating dispatch, and assisting with returns. You’ll work closely with our warehouse and sales team to ensure customers receive the right products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and sales rep enquiries via phone and email (9 AM – 4 PM)
Process wholesale orders, generate invoices, and allocate payments
Assist with dispatch scheduling and follow up on any missing or delayed deliveries
Support the returns process by preparing documentation and issuing RMAs
Help manage e-commerce orders through Shopify, including basic customer service and fulfilment queries
Use the first hour of the day (8 AM – 9 AM) to review and prioritise daily tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service and order processing (wholesale or retail)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
High attention to detail, especially when it comes to invoicing and returns
