About the Role
Maxiply is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Support consultant. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Lilydale office and play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone and email ensuring a positive customer experience
Assisting with the processing of customer orders and payments
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales quotes and proposals
Maintaining customer records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, building materials, or architectural products industry.
Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or subcontractors will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
Proficient in using Pipedrive or other applicable CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
