Are you a proactive, solutions-focused all-rounder who loves a good checklist but also knows how to think fast and adapt? We’re looking for someone who can juggle admin, handle accounts, manage social media, and be a reliable point of contact — all with a positive attitude.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
Admin & Rostering – Keep schedules running smoothly and systems up to date , General admin and compliance. Rostering.
Bookkeeping & Invoicing – Assist with Xero/MYOB, reconcile accounts, manage payroll and BAS
Inbox & Queries – Respond to emails and calls, follow up with clients and support coordinators
Social Media – Create simple, engaging posts and keep our pages active & professional
Problem-Solving – Step in where needed, think on your feet, and offer solutions quickly & confidently
✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have admin or finance experience (NDIS/health sector a bonus)
Know your way around Canva, Instagram, Facebook, or similar
Are organised, tech-savvy, and great with people
Can manage your own workload and solve problems independently
Want flexible work that fits around your life
📍 Role Details
Part-time, 10 to 20 hrs/week (with room to grow)
Remote or hybrid
Immediate start preferred
Friendly, supportive team
