Casual Administration Assistant – Work from Home
Location: Townsville, QLD
Work Type: Casual
Hours: 1-2 days per month + up to 4 weeks holiday cover (Jan/Feb)
About the Role
You will be responsible for basic admin duties including:
Answering incoming calls
Assigning Skip Bin Bookings to driving team
Processing payments
Monitoring and responding to emails and messages
Booking and confirming skip bin jobs
Updating customer records
General admin and support tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous admin or customer service experience
Confident using email, phones, and basic office software
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable working from home with minimal supervision
Hours & Commitment
1 to 2 set days per month (flexible)
Plus casual relief for up to 4 weeks in January/February
Full paid training provided
