About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that combines content creation with digital outreach and candidate engagement. You’ll be a key part of our marketing efforts and branding, working closely with consultants to build visibility and connection.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram and more
- Producing and editing video content to showcase our brand and stories
- Assisting with candidate engagement and outreach via LinkedIn and our CRM
- Contributing to newsletters, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Helping consultants promote roles, share market updates and success stories
- Maintaining CRM data and content
- Keeping across trends in social media, recruitment, branding and video marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in social media, marketing or digital communications
- Previous experience with video filming and editing is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Canva, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (or keen to learn!)
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- A friendly and positive attitude – someone who enjoys working with a team
- Interest in recruitment, HR or professional services is a bonus
