About the Role

This is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role where you'll lead all aspects of our social media – from planning and content creation to engagement and performance tracking. You’ll be the voice of our brand, helping to attract clients, showcase candidate success stories, and build our position as a go-to name in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our brand and business goals
• Create compelling, on-brand content for LinkedIn and Instagram (stories, reels, carousels, and posts)
• Write punchy, engaging captions and bring fresh ideas to grow our online presence
• Schedule posts and manage our content calendar
• Engage with our audience and respond to comments and messages
• Report on content performance and suggest areas for improvement
• Stay ahead of social media trends and share ideas to evolve our digital approach

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (bonus if in property, construction, or recruitment)
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Confident using Canva (or similar) and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently but aligned to a team vision
• Sydney-based preferred but open to remote for the right person
