About Us

Revolutionary – Restoration & Racing is a next‑generation automotive business specialising in everything from concours‑level classic restorations to head‑turning street cars, custom paint, resto‑mods and race‑spec engines. Our workshop combines craftsmanship with a strong project‑management ethos: we keep clients fully briefed on scope, cost and progress at every stage. As demand for our builds grows, we need a versatile organiser who loves cars as much as we do and can keep our back office and online presence running smoothly.

The Opportunity

Hours 9 am – 3 pm, 3–5 days a week (flexible school / Uni‑hours friendly roster).
Status Begin on a casual contract with a view to permanent part‑time as the business scales.
Location Meadowbrook-Logan QLD; on‑site so you can capture workshop content.
Reporting to Operations Manager & Business Owner.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan, shoot and post workshop content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, youtube)
• Write engaging copy about builds, fabrication, paint techniques, engine work, etc.
• Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice
• Track analytics; suggest campaigns or collabs (events, meets, car clubs)

Administration & Client Comms

• Manage shared inbox & phone, book client consults
• Draft quotes, job cards and progress reports
• Maintain digital filing of photos, invoices, specs & approvals
• Order parts & consumables, chase suppliers

Accounts Support

• Create invoices, follow up payments (Xero)
• Enter bills, receipt & reconcile transactions
• Prep weekly cost‑to‑date summaries for project managers

~25 %

What You’ll Bring

1–3+ years in an admin/marketing/accounts support role (automotive, fabrication, motorsport or similar hands‑on sector looked on very favourably).

Working knowledge of Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks; competent with Excel.

Content‑creation skills: confident taking workshop photos/video, editing in Canva/CapCut (or similar).

Clear, friendly communication and excellent attention to detail.

A genuine passion for cars—whether you wrench on weekends, go to Cars & Coffee, or just binge project‑build channels on YouTube, we want to hear about it.

Extras that will make you stand out: basic understanding of fabrication or paint processes, experience liaising with parts suppliers, familiarity with car‑club or motorsport communities.
