About the role

Boat Flooring Australia is seeking a part-time Administration, Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, contributing to our marketing efforts, and managing our social media platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and coordinating meeting schedules
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including content creation and campaign management
• Managing and updating our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on our social media platforms
• Collaborating with the team to identify and execute opportunities to improve our online presence and engagement
• Providing support for special projects and events as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
