About the Role

Reporting to Head of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing national marketing activities across Snap Fitness in Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on and varied role, with a strong focus on social media management, franchisee support, content coordination, and campaign execution.

You'll be responsible for managing our national social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting local clubs with their digital footprint. You’ll also assist with member communications, marketing asset coordination, and digital campaign rollouts. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and franchisees to bring marketing initiatives to life and help drive member engagement and brand visibility across the region.

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With strong organisational skills and a creative mindset, you’re confident managing multiple priorities at once—from crafting engaging social media content to supporting wider campaign activity and franchisee communications.

You’re digitally savvy, with a solid understanding of social media platforms, and you're not afraid to jump in and troubleshoot when things don’t go to plan. You enjoy working with different teams, building relationships, and contributing to shared goals. You take pride in your work, stay on top of trends, and always look for ways to improve how things are done.

Whether you're responding to a franchisee's question, publishing a time-sensitive EDM, or helping roll out a national campaign, you bring a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for marketing that drives results.
