High Street Underwriting Agency (HSUA) is looking for a creative junior to work alongside our Marketing Manager. Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role is ideal for someone with a design background who’s keen to learn and assist across all areas of marketing, from social media to trade shows.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience in everything from brochure design and website updates to EDMs and Merchandise production. No two days are the same, so we’re after someone versatile, detail-focused, and up for a challenge.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, social media content, event signage, merchandise)

Support email marketing campaigns and database updates

Help manage and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)

Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and content design

Support event/trade show preparation including booth design and collateral

Coordinate merchandise orders and internal marketing logistics

Essential Skills:

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva

Understanding of basic design principles (typography, layout, branding)

Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail

Time management and ability to juggle multiple projects

A team player mindset — flexible and solutions-focused

Nice to Have:

Experience with EDM platforms

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Photography / videography or content creation and editing skills
