Creative Marketing & Admin Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This unique role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses — from cutting-edge healthcare and wellness brands to some of Brisbane’s most iconic hospitality venues and exciting property developments.

About the Role:
No two days will be the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, designing digital content, coordinating events, and keeping day-to-day admin on track across a group of innovative, high-impact businesses.

You’ll Be Involved In:

Assisting with digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns

Coordinating events and promotions across multiple venues

Creating visual assets (basic design/Adobe Suite experience highly regarded)

Website updates and email marketing

General admin support, scheduling, and internal communications

Working closely with business leaders and creative teams

What We’re Looking For:

A creative, can-do attitude and eye for design

Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects

Great communicator and team player

Experience or strong interest in marketing, brand, design, or content creation

Comfortable working across varied industries and fast-moving environments

Bonus Points For:

Adobe Illustrator / Canva / social media management tools

Experience updating websites (WordPress, Squarespace or similar)

Hospitality or healthcare exposure
